Do’s
- Buy the fireworks from the reliable sellers possessing license
- Use a Candle or an agarbathi to fireworks
- Avoid lose and synthetic clothing while bursting crackers and lighting diyas. Wear cotton clothes instead
- Keep buckets of water handy for emergency
- Put cotton plugs in your ears, as the noise of crackers can be quite defening
- Be sure to dispose off the crackers after you have burnt them.Don’t try to examine a cracker that has not burst
- In case of fire, call the fire Brigade at 101
Dont’s
- Don’t light crackers in the hand
- Don’t leave the firecrackers around burning candles and diyas
- Don’t bust crackers near electric poles and wires
- Don’t ignite to make fireworks at home
- Don’t wear loosely hanging clothes, secure all clothes properly
- Don’t use fireworks inside house
- Don’t make your own fireworks
- Fireworks should not be used between 10:00 PM & 6:00 AM as per Supreme court order
